My vision is a world where each individual possesses unwavering self-belief, the joy of which will foster a positive influence on humanity.

My mission is to inspire people to accept, appreciate, and trust their intrinsic value, igniting a deep desire to contribute their unique gifts for the betterment of all.

Hi, I’m Ben

I’m a Professional Pilot, Father, and Mindset & Confidence Coach.

Until I was 25 years old, I constantly fell flat of a limited mindset that convinced me I was not intelligent enough to succeed as those around me were.

It took a series of considerable setbacks in which I talked myself out of success before I finally got the message about changing my mindset to develop better confidence and self-belief. The change in attitude altered the course of my life.

It led me to focus on life’s adventure by discovering my inner passions and purpose, and this has helped me overcome the fears, doubts, and insecurities that have often lined up like lightning bolts ready to strike me down from my flight path in life.

Twenty-six years later, I’m fortunate to say that I have navigated numerous obstacles in a successful and rewarding career as a pilot, both in the big airline and private jet worlds.

That change in direction also allowed me to craft the positive mindset that has supported me to thrive in my personal life. It also enabled me to embrace the turbulence I’ve encountered in parenting, divorce, grief, and job loss, for example, and to use them as hugely valuable learning opportunities.

As an aviation professional, I am now responsible for taking some of the wealthiest people on this planet in the most sophisticated aircraft to the destinations of their choice.

This provides an excellent metaphor for us all on the flight path through life. By accepting responsibility and developing the courage to take ourselves on an adventurous journey, we will always determine the course of our direction, regardless of what lies in our way.

As with any flight mission I am in command of, the success of that mission will depend on a deep understanding of the vessel we are travelling in and the interplay of the environment around it.

So, to be in command of our mission through life, we must know the intricacies of our highly sophisticated physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This is the only way to reach those beautiful destinations of peace, harmony, contentment, joy, and bliss.

Starting with my three wonderful children, I am committed to guiding and supporting all those willing individuals who want to develop the courage to explore the world's boundless possibilities, seize them, and expand their capacity for discovery and adventure.

So, let’s head out together and see what your fabulous life has to offer!

My Approach

It would be beneficial to meet weekly / fortnightly to ensure we work towards the short and long-term goals we will establish at the outset of our journey together.

However, working in an industry that does not follow the standard 9-5 schedule, I appreciate that flexibility is the key. Therefore, we will ensure that our time together works well around our lifestyles.

When we set goals in life, commitments need to be made to ensure consistent action is taken and habits built in both the short and long term. This is the only way that meaningful change can be made.

If you think about life as a flight mission, a great deal of background planning and development must be carried out before we launch off the runway to the destination of our dreams.

Having that solid core background at the outset will give us the best chance of navigating the obstacles we might face along the flight path whilst we always keep in mind the ultimate spot we aim for - a joyous, fulfilling, contented and peaceful life.

“Imagination is everything -

it is the preview of life’s coming attractions”

- Albert Einstein

Can you remember when you were a child, and you leapt out of bed in the school holidays, desperate to get on and experience all that life had to offer?

Well, why not now that you are an adult?

At school, I dreamed big, so much so that I could not concentrate in class. I constantly looked out the window, imagining running around, climbing trees, and being on the aeroplanes flying in the sky off to some wonderful destination on the other side of the world.

As a result, I struggled to pass the grades in the classroom, and my mindset and confidence started to erode.

Perhaps you recognise that feeling?

Maybe it was your fear of rejection, of not fitting in that started to erode your confidence and affect your ability to follow your imagination. Maybe it was a fear of saying the wrong thing and being made to look silly.

Either way, we are all affected by the negative emotions that can be so dominant as we move from childhood to adulthood.

Perhaps it’s time for you to strip back those negative experiences, become naked again with imagination and wonder, and start living the life of your dreams.

“There is no passion to be found in playing small and

settling for a life that is less than you are capable of living”

- Nelson Mandela

Do you remember reading the stories of other people’s adventures and imagining you could be that person one day, living that same wonderful life?

Can you imagine launching off the runway of life with your engines of passion burning as you lift up and soar high above everything holding you down, towards the destination of your dreams?

I know what it feels like to be held back by my own limited beliefs, desperate to race down the runway of life, in command of my destiny, but not knowing who to reach out to help me lift off towards those goals.

So, don’t just settle for your imagination; set that destination firmly in your mind and launch towards something significant and meaningful. And once you reach that goal, there will be every reason for you to refuel and launch again on your next exciting mission.

I would love to support you on your mission in life, and help you discover what you are really capable of.

We will take that journey together, and in that way, you will not only make a difference in your own individual life, but you will be an inspiration for all those who follow you.
